Rocket Poland Sp. z o. o. was established in 1998, when Korean company ROCKET ELECTRIC Co. Ltd. acquired shares in the Starogardzkie Zakłady Przemysłu Elektrochemicznego "ELEKTRON" operating since 1946. From the beginning, the company specialized in the production of batteries. Over time, this was followed by the production of flashlights and light bulbs. The aim of the company is to provide consumers with high quality products at an affordable price. Throughout the period of its operation, Rocket Poland Sp. z o. o. has cooperated with both retail chains and wholesalers, not only in Poland but also in the countries of the European Union. Moreover, the company cooperates with well-known manufacturers of electronic devices, such as Samsung, LG, Sharp or Funai. Currently, the company is also engaged in the production of batteries in private brands, among others for such stores as Lewiatan, Stokrotka, Cirkle K or Piotr and Paweł.
