Among the numerous manufacturers of 3D printing materials, an increasing piece of the market pie belongs to entrepreneurs from the Vistula region. In 2016, the PPHU Poligraf company, existing in the printing industry since 1997, started producing 3D printer filaments under the Print-Me brand. The company's offer quickly developed and today includes all major materials used for printing in FDM (FFF) technology: PLA, ABS, or PET-G. Among Print-Me felts there are also special types - e.g. flexible (Print-Me FLEX felt), reinforced with glass fibre (Carbon Fiber PET-G) or nylon (Nylon PA12).

Print-Me EcoLine PLA - perfect felt for the beginning of adventure with 3D printing

PLA is almost always the material of choice for beginners in 3D printing. Huge easiness to print, also on low-end equipment, practically zero shrinkage and threading effect as well as low printing temperatures make it really difficult to find an owner of a FDM printer who would not use this material in his printing career. Print-Me EcoLine PLA felts allow printing at the head temperature in the range of 192-208 oC and table temperature from 20 to 60 oC. EcoLine PLA is available in a rich color palette, including both subdued colors, as well as vivid, bright shades, giving the impression of "reflectivity". These include soft, pastel shades of blue (Pastel Blue) and pink (Pastel Pink), as well as juicy hues of red (Neon Red), green (Neon Kivi) and yellow (Neon Yellow).

Print-Me SmartFit PLA and SmartFit PLA Natural Fibers

If you look at the richness of the Polish manufacturer's offer, the reviews collected by Print-Me filaments are not surprising. Apart from the high quality of manufacturing, the company from Gorzów Wielkopolski focused on the diversification of products - both in technical and color terms. Apart from the mentioned EcoLine PLA films, Print-Me SmartFit PLA Natural Fibers are available, among others, with the content of natural powder on the level of 40% - hence the realistic smell of wood and a fantastic visual effect. Print-Me users can choose from Wood, Cork, and Bamboo printers. The SmartFit PLA family includes seven additional colors, including Marble Cream and Marble Carrara - ideal for printing natural-looking architectural details in stone.

Print-Me Swift PET-G - beautiful appearance and excellent technical parameters

The family of Print-Me felts includes also another excellent material, widely used both by amateurs and professional printers. PET-G - as it is referred to - is a non-toxic material (similarly as PLA), offers excellent adhesion of layers and considerable mechanical strength. In addition, many of this type of felt is partially or even completely transparent. Among the Print-Me brand products Swift PET-G is available in standard colors (e.g. black - Black, white - White, grey - Aluminium or light green - Lime Green) as well as in beautiful, deep variants reminding of coloured glass (e.g. Yellow Glass, Green Bottle or Orange Glass). Low shrinkage and high dimensional accuracy of prints make Print-Me felts perfect not only for aesthetic applications but also for fully usable mechanical details, housings, etc.

Print-Me FLEX - rubber-like filament for special applications

Flexible felts remarkably extend the range of applications of 3D printers. Thanks to the use of easily deformable materials it is possible to print various types of bumpers, bumpers and tires (e.g. for mobile robots), covers for mobile devices (similar to "holster" caps used in multimeters) and even... specialised seals. The FLEX 40D filament offered by Print-Me enables to print details with hardness of 40 Shore scale. Recommended nozzle and working table temperatures are 225..240 oC and 40-60 oC, respectively. Printing speed should be slowed down to 12-40 mm/s, which will enable proper extrusion and ensure desired print quality. Importantly, this filament can be used with a flow rate of up to 110%.
