PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS „Holiday Essentials - 10% RABATH"

§1

General provisions

  1. The Organizer of the Promotional Action is Botland B. Derkacz Spółka Jawna, Gola 25A, 63-640 Bralin, KRS: 0000570034, NIP: 619-202-35-94.
  2. The Promotional Action is organised by the Organiser on the basis of these Regulations and is conducted on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  3. The Promotional Action shall be organised on the website of the online store Botland.store.
  4. The Promotional Action is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
  5. Duration of the Promotional Action: from 29 June 2018 to 31 August 2018 or until stocks are exhausted.

§2

Terms of participation in the Promo0on

  1. Employees of the Organiser and their families may not take part in the Promotional Action.
  2. Subject to §2 pt. 1, a Participant in the Promotion Share may be a person with full legal capacity, who is at least 18 years old and is not partially or fully incapacitated within the meaning of the Civil Code. People who do not have full legal actions capacity, can participate in the Promotion Share only with the participation of their legal guardian/statutory representative, who has read the contents of these Regulations and accepted their provisions.
  3. Participation in the Promotion Share is not obligatory.
  4. A Participant taking part in the Promotion Share confirms that it has familiarised itself with these Regulations and fully accepts them.

§3

Principles of the Promo0on Share

  1. The condition to take advantage of the Promotional Action is the purchase of products from the "Holiday necessary" section available in the offer of Botland.store shop: botland.store/455-gift-ideas

  1. The participant, when purchasing products indicated in §3 point. 1 receives a discount of 10% of the product value. The discount is calculated automatically.

§4

Limitations of the Promotional Action

  1. The Promotional Action is not combined with any other price promotion.

Transport charges

  1. The products covered by the Promotional Action are subject to a transport fee in accordance with the tariff on the Botland.store website:

§6

Protection of personal data

  1. The personal data of the Participants of the Promotional Action will be used in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997.
  2. Providing personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide personal data makes it impossible to participate in the Promotional Action. Participants making their personal data available are entitled to access, correct and delete their data.

Final provisions

  1. The Regulations are available on the website Botland.store.
  2. Participation in the Promotional Action means acceptance of these Regulations.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to finally settle disputes related to the Promotional Action.
  4. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
  5. All promotional and advertising materials are of informational nature.
