Devil Design StartPack PETG is a set of four spools of filament, created for users who expect more from their prints than just aesthetics. PETG is considered the "golden mean" in 3D printing – it combines the ease of use of PLA with the high mechanical strength and thermal resistance of engineering materials.

Filaments are hygroscopic, meaning they absorb moisture. Therefore, breaking the airtight vacuum packaging permanently reduces the quality and value of the product. For this reason, if an unpacked item is returned, the refund amount will be proportionally reduced. This does not apply to returns resulting from manufacturing defects in the material, such as damaged or cut filament. Please carefully check the color and material type on the label before opening the foil packaging. |

30 days to return, without giving a reason
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract. The product only has to be complete. The right of return belongs to consumers (a purchase unrelated to business activity).
Complaints
If the product turns out to be faulty, you can make a claim under the guarantee or the statutory warranty. We handle claims without delay, at the latest within 14 working days of receiving the report together with the goods.
