Transparent ruby red PETG from Devil Design
Devil Design PETG Ruby Red Transparent is a ruby transparent PETG filament that lets light through, with a high gloss, a diameter of 1.75 mm and a tolerance of ±0.05 mm, on a spool with 1 kg of net material. The transparent color works well in lampshades, LED covers, indicators and decorations. You print the filament at a nozzle temperature of 220 °C to 250 °C on a bed at 70 °C to 80 °C.

According to the manufacturer, Ruby Red Transparent corresponds to RAL 3001. The RAL code makes it easier to choose paint or another material in the same shade.
Frequently asked questions
Will prints be see-through?
The filament is transparent and has a high gloss. The clarity of the finished print depends on wall thickness and print settings, so check it with a short test print.
Does PETG need part cooling?
The manufacturer states that part cooling is optional. It is best to find the fan settings with a short test print on your printer.
What size is the 1 kg spool?
The transparent polycarbonate spool has a diameter of 200 mm, a width of about 70 mm and a mounting hole of 52 mm. An empty one weighs about 250 g, so you can easily judge how much filament is left.

30 days to return, without giving a reason
