The built-in camera allows you to remotely track the progress of work, without the need for additional solutions. The printer has a 4.3 "color LCD touch screen. The HEPA13 filter used in the device captures unwanted microparticles, formed during the application of subsequent layers. Adventurer 4 also offers a simple replacement of modular, dedicated nozzles .

Simple nozzle replacement
The design of the Adventurer 4 print head allows for quick and easy replacement of the dedicated nozzle. The use of a detachable cap, which is equipped with a patented buckle, allows you to replace the element in just a few seconds. This operation does not require any additional tools.
As standard, the printer kit includes a 0.4 mm diameter nozzle with a maximum operating temperature of 240 ° C (its heating up to 200 ° C takes only 60 seconds). Additionally, it is possible to optionally use nozzles with the following parameters: 0.3 mm / 240 ° C and 0.6 mm / 265 ° C.
Attention!
The presented printer kit includes only one standard 0.4 mm diameter nozzle.
Magnetic cover on the heating table
The maximum temperature of the heating bed in the Adventurer 4 model is 110 ° C. There is a magnetic overlay on its surface, ensuring good adhesion of the first print layers. The handles placed on the edges of the overlay allow it to be easily bent in order to remove the finished model.

Advanced build platform design
The high precision of the working platform allows you to avoid the complicated leveling process. The lower part of the Adventurer 4 construction frame was made using CNC technology. The 8 mm thick aluminum plate ensures an almost perfect flatness of the heating table surface. The shape tolerance here is only 0.15 mm. All these elements ensure excellent quality of the first layer of printing. They also allow you to save the time needed to calibrate the device.
