Micro servos for robots and RC models in Botland store
In our offer you will find dozens of servos from TowerPro. For the smallest robots and RC models we recommend micro servos with dimensions less than 2.5 x 3 cm and weight not exceeding several grams. Despite such a small size, the torque of these structures can be up to 3.5 kg*cm, which is excellent for this class of components. In special applications, one of the smallest servers in the world - the model TowerPro PowerHD HD-1370A - will prove excellent. Its dimensions are only 20.2 x 8.5 x 17.6 mm, and its weight reaches an almost unimaginably low value of 3.7 g! For enthusiasts of the smallest robots, where every gram of weight counts, such a miniature servo creates enormous design possibilities. A noteworthy option for small robots with special durability requirements is the PowerHD Durably D-04HV servo, equipped with a coreless motor and very durable titanium cogs. In addition, most of TowerPro products are delivered as complete sets, i.e. with a set of dedicated, appropriately sized screws, bolts, orks or washers.
Servos for larger projects
A large group of TowerPro products in our offer are medium and standard type servos. In the medium variant, at least one of the dimensions is slightly larger than 3 cm, and the torque is usually between 3 and 3.5 kg*cm. The weight of individual models varies from just over 15 g to nearly 30 g, and the maximum speed achieved is 0.12 s/60°. In the case of powerful servos of the standard type, the diversity of parameters is considerable. Depending on the design needs, designers can order servos weighing 40-45 g and with a torque exceeding 6 kg*cm, but also models weighing 75-80 g and having a torque even exceeding 30 kg*cm. Particularly interesting in the category of large servos is the model TowerPro PowerHD HD-1235MG of the giant type with a torque of as much as 40 kg*cm and a weight of 170 g. Such a powerful design requires a higher supply voltage - in this case it is 6 to 7.4 volts, while in smaller models the voltage range does not generally exceed 6 - 6.6 volts. It is also worth paying attention to the TowerPro Blue Bird BMS-28A model in the standard version. This servo is equipped with a coreless motor and cogs made of titanium. It is both solid and light - its weight is only 74 g.
