This allows you to start printing immediately , without the need for software modifications. A high-temperature nozzle ( up to 300°C) and a heating bed up to 110°C allow you to work with a wide range of filaments : from PLA, PETG, and TPU , to ABS, ASA, and nylon (using an enclosure is recommended). Additionally, support for features such as input shaping , pressure advance , 121-point auto-leveling and intelligent bed heating ensures exceptional print quality and repeatability.

The build plate is equipped with an intelligent, segmented heating system – the center zone (120 x 120 mm) activates automatically, while the outer zone only turns on for larger models. Heating power is 100 W + 150 W , enabling fast and precise platform heating. The bed temperature reaches 110°C , facilitating printing with filaments requiring high adhesion.
High-temperature hotend and dual-drive extruder
The printer is equipped with a metal hotend with a nozzle with a maximum temperature of 300°C , allowing for printing with a wide range of materials – from PLA, PETG, TPU, to technical filaments like ABS, ASA, and nylon. A direct-drive extruder with a 5.2:1 gear ratio and dual drive ensures reliable material feeding and minimizes the risk of nozzle clogging. Additionally, a bi-metal heating tube made of copper and titanium ensures rapid heat dissipation and high wear resistance . The entire system is also optimized for flexible filaments.
Advanced cooling system and quiet operation
The Neptune 4 Pro offers effective layer cooling thanks to six fans : two 4015 side fans and four 4020 rear fans with ball bearings. This arrangement ensures immediate cooling of freshly printed layers even at very high speeds, translating into improved bridging and overhang quality. The printer's design is based on an aluminum CNC frame and POM guides , which ensure smooth and quiet operation. Additionally, all axes utilize stepper motor drivers with a low noise level of less than 50 dB .

Auto-leveling and double-sided printing surface
Precise platform leveling is achieved using a 121-point (11 x 11) system , ensuring perfect alignment of the first layer to the build plate. The build surface is double-sided – one side is optimized for PLA (for better adhesion at lower temperatures), while the other is textured PEI, ideal for materials with higher printing temperatures.
