Four 48 W ceramic heaters for U1 hotends
The Ceramic Heaters Kit is a set of four original ceramic heaters for the hotends of the Snapmaker U1 3D printer, one for each toolhead. The 48 W heater at 24 V heats the nozzle up to 300 °C, so it melts most filaments, and built into the hotend it keeps the printing temperature stable.
Each heater comes with a clamp spring and a sachet of thermal grease. The replacement on the hotend heating block takes about 15 minutes and needs only an H2.0 hex key.

Frequently asked questions
Do I replace the heater together with the thermistor?
No: they are separate parts and you replace each one on its own. Both sit next to each other in the hotend heating block, so when you replace the heater it is easy to check the thermistor as well. Thermistors in a set of 4 are available as a separate part.
What is the thermal grease in the set for?
Before installing the new heater, the manufacturer recommends spreading thermal grease evenly on the heater mounting area. The grease improves heat transfer to the heating block.
