The UNI-T LM70A distance meter is an electronic device that uses laser beams to measure the distance between two points quickly and precisely. It is a tool used in various fields, such as construction, engineering, architecture and surveying. It works by measuring the time it takes the laser beam to return from the target, which allows for millimeter-level accuracy. Additionally, the distance meter offers functions other than just measuring distance, e.g. measuring areas and volumes , which makes them extremely versatile in measurement applications. All measurements are presented on a clear 2" LCD display and can be carried out at a distance of 70 meters .
