Product Description: Solar Panel 6V 2W - ETFE - Voltaic P126 - Adafruit 5366
A high-quality solar panel from Voltaic Systems, which features features such as water resistance , scratch resistance and UV resistance. It is made of ETFE (ethylenetetrafluoroethylene), making it extremely durable and resistant to environmental factors, so it can be used for long-term outdoor applications . It is an improvement of the design of solar panels made of PET or laminate. Voltaic Systems panels use 12 high-efficiency monocrystalline SunPower cells with an efficiency of over 22%, which have been mounted on a printed circuit board using the SMT process. Each cell has a nominal voltage of 0.5 V, which, when combined, form a 6 V panel.
The use of solar panels enables the collection of solar energy (included in the group of renewable energy sources RES) and allows it to be converted into electricity . Such action significantly reduces the costs of obtaining electricity.
