The OAK-D Pro with the OV9782 sensor is an advanced AI stereo camera manufactured by Luxonis designed for industrial, robotic, and autonomous systems applications. The OV9782 sensor offers 1280 x 800 px resolution at 120 fps and a wide 89.5° / 80° / 55° (D / H / V) field of view. Active stereo technology with a 940 nm projector enables precise depth measurements even in low-light conditions . The aluminum housing with a Gorilla Glass front and an IP66 sealing rating enable operation in demanding industrial environments.

RVC2 Architecture and AI Processing
The OAK-D Pro utilizes the RVC2 architecture based on the Movidius Myriad X VPU . The chip provides up to 4 TOPS of processing power , including approximately 1.4 TOPS dedicated to neural networks. The camera allows you to run AI models directly on the device, supports H.264, H.265, and MJPEG encoding , and image processing such as crop, resize, warp, and RGB-depth alignment . Edge processing reduces latency and load on the host computer.
Active stereo and IR
The 940nm VCSEL projector emits approximately 4700 IR dots , improving alignment disparity on low-texture surfaces. An IR flood LED allows operation in complete darkness . The projector complies with the Class 1 IEC 60825-1 standard, ensuring safe operation.
