The Yato YT-82490 is a portable digital soldering iron designed for use with popular T12 soldering tips. These tips combine a heating element, temperature sensor, and soldering tip in a single design, allowing for very rapid heating and effective temperature stabilization. Using a 65W fast charger, the tip can heat up to 350°C in approximately 9 seconds.
The soldering iron is powered via USB Type-C and works with power sources ranging from 9V to 24V and with a current output of over 1.5A. It can be powered by QC or PD phone chargers, laptop power supplies, power banks, Li-Ion battery packs, select Yato travel adapters, and car batteries. The built-in OLED display provides information on temperature, power, supply voltage, and operating settings, making the device convenient for both beginners and more advanced users.
