The set includes four Pinecil soldering tips , ideal for precision electronic work. Compatible with the TS100, they offer a resistance of about 8 Ω and a length of 105 mm to 107 mm , which allows for fast and efficient soldering . The set includes TS-BC2, TS-C1, TS-ILS and TS-KU tips, made of high-quality materials, ensuring durability and thermal stability. Each tip is equipped with an integrated thermocouple , which allows for precise temperature measurement and adjustment of parameters to a variety of tasks.

The Pinecil V2 soldering iron is compatible with normal length tips (TS type) or short tips (ST type).

How to extend the life of tips?
If you want your tips to last as long as possible, use the lowest possible working temperature , appropriate for the type of solder used. Avoid exceeding 350°C for lead-free solder and 320°C for leaded solder. Regularly clean the tips from solder residues and use appropriate sponges or brass cleaners . Do not use sharp tools that can damage their coating. Additionally , for optimal performance, use a USB Type-C PD 65 W, 20 V / 3.25 A or higher power supply when using short tips. Incorrect power supply can reduce soldering efficiency and shorten the life of the tips. Store them in a dry place to prevent corrosion. Check the condition of the tips regularly and replace them when they show signs of wear to maintain high soldering quality.
