- The battery must not be exposed to extreme temperatures. This applies to both positive and negative temperatures. The operating instructions or technical documentation contain information about the so-called operating temperature range.
- Proper storage is also extremely important. The Li-Pol battery should not be stored in a discharged state, as it may be damaged. A good practice is to leave it charged at about 60%.
- Mechanical damage to cells should be avoided. This also applies to falls from height.
