The LattePanda Mu heatsink from DFRobot has been designed with quiet operation and maximum compatibility with the compute module in mind. Made entirely of durable aluminum alloy , it is characterized by excellent thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. Thanks to the use of phase change materials (PCM), it effectively transfers heat from the CPU surface to the cooling fins , maintaining stable operating conditions even at higher system loads. This is an ideal solution for designs in which noise must be kept to a minimum.

How to mount a radiator to LattePanda Mu?
Installing the radiator is very simple, but requires caution . First, unscrew the three spring screws and remove the protective film from the PCM material. Then , fit the radiator to the LattePanda Mu CPU so that the cooling surface fits perfectly and the screw holes are aligned . The screws are tightened one by one in a circular motion, gently and evenly. Avoid overtightening any one screw so as not to damage the chip.
Attention!
Installation and removal of the radiator must be performed with the power off , and direct contact with skin should be avoided during operation - the surface of the radiator may be hot.
The heatsink ensures a stable temperature for the LattePanda Mu.
