10 W PCB-mount module for 5 V electronics
Mean Well IRM-10-5 is an AC-DC power supply for PCB mounting that delivers 5 V at up to 2 A from a mains voltage of 85 V to 305 V AC. 10 W is enough for devices with a microcontroller, a communication module, a display or 5 V relays.
Despite twice the power, the module has the same dimensions as the 5 W version: 45.7 x 25.4 x 21.5 mm. It is silicone-potted, has insulation class II and a typical efficiency of 77%, and draws less than 0.1 W with no load.

Frequently asked questions
Does the module have voltage adjustment?
No. The IRM-10-5 provides a fixed 5 V. Other voltages are available in separate versions of the series, e.g. 3.3 V, 12 V, 15 V and 24 V.
How much heat does the module give off?
At full load and 77% efficiency, the module gives off about 3 W as heat, so leave some free space around it on the board.
Does the module require grounding?
No. It has insulation class II and no ground pin. You connect only L, N, +V and -V.

30 days to return, without giving a reason
