Module MAX31855K together with thermocouple allows to measure high temperatures with high accuracy. Board allows you to measure temperatures from -270 °C to 1372 °C, and the included thermocouple is in the range from 0 °C to 800 °C. It operates with a voltage from 3 V to 5.5 V. For communication, it uses an I2C interface.
