Did you know?
PETG needs a warmer bed than PLA
In Creality's parameter table, the recommended bed temperature for CR-PETG is 90 °C, while for CR-PLA it is only 50 °C. The recommended print speed, however, is the same for both materials at 50 mm/s.
Frequently asked questions
How is the Refill version different from filament on a spool?
Refill is CR-PETG filament sold without a spool, which you fit onto a reusable spool. If you do not have such a spool, choose CR-PETG filament wound on a spool in the same Transparent Blue colour.
What print settings does Creality give for CR-PETG?
Creality recommends a nozzle temperature of 230 °C to 250 °C, ideally 240 °C, a bed of 60 °C to 100 °C, ideally 90 °C, and a print speed of 40 mm/s to 80 mm/s. The printer chamber does not need to be heated when printing with CR-PETG.
Will CR-PETG work with my printer?
Creality states that CR-PETG works with 99 % of FDM printers. Check that your printer accepts 1.75 mm filament and heats the nozzle to at least 230 °C.

30 days to return, without giving a reason
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract. The product only has to be complete. The right of return belongs to consumers (a purchase unrelated to business activity).
