Transparent Devil Design PETG filament, 1.75 mm
Devil Design PETG Transparent is a high-gloss clear PETG filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm and a tolerance of ±0.05 mm, wound on a spool with 1 kg of net material.
PETG, i.e. glycol-modified polyethylene terephthalate, is a beginner-friendly material that is strong, flexible and offers good chemical resistance. The manufacturer recommends it for functional parts, holders, enclosures, mechanical parts as well as functional prototypes.

What print temperature should I set for Devil Design PETG?
The manufacturer recommends a nozzle temperature of 220 °C to 250 °C and a bed heated to 70 °C to 80 °C, with optional part cooling. Printers differ in design, so find the best settings for your model with a short test print.
How should I store an opened PETG spool?
Filament absorbs moisture from the air, which is why the manufacturer vacuum-packs the spool together with a desiccant. Once opened, store it in an airtight container with a desiccant or in a filament dryer.
How is PETG different from PLA?
PETG is printed at a higher temperature than PLA and on a heated bed, but the manufacturer points out that it is stronger. That is why it works better for functional parts and for components exposed to higher loads.
