An expansion module for theRaspberry Pi Picoin the form of anRTC real time clock. Featuring a precisionDS3231chip, it uses theI2Cbus to communicate with theRaspberry Pi Pico. Its design allows you to add multiple peripherals that connect to each other on astackbasis. The board has an additional holder for aCR1220pastille battery, which can be an alternative power source. The RTC clock counts downseconds,minutes,hours, days, months and years with leap year compensation valid until2100. The time is displayed in two formats: 24-hour or 12-hour with AM/PM indicator. Additionally, it has two programmable alarms.
