Shelly Plus Add-On is a module equipped with a galvanic isolated interface designed for all Shelly Plus modules. With it, you can control Shelly modules depending on temperature and humidity thanks to the 1-Wire pins or other analog and digital sensors.

The addition to Shelly Plus also allows you to control the light based on movement . You can connect a PIR motion sensor to it and control the lighting in the rooms based on movement.

In order to maintain a beautiful garden, it is necessary to maintain the appropriate level of soil moisture. With Shelly Add-On, you will create your own watering system, which, combined with a soil moisture sensor, will ensure proper soil hydration, saving time and optimizing costs.
Awning control depending on the weather
Electric outdoor awnings provide pleasant shade on sunny days, but unexpected wind can damage them. Shelly Plus Add-On with a wind sensor connected to Shelly Plus 2PM will automatically close the awning after exceeding a given wind speed threshold in order to protect it against damage. Additionally, the addition of Shelly Plus with a rain sensor will allow you to open the roller blind when it starts to rain to cover the guests sitting on the terrace at that time.

Sending notifications
Shelly Add-On combined with two DS18B20 probes will easily measure the water temperature in the aquarium as well as the temperature in the room. Based on this data, you can provide your pets with a comfortable and healthy environment. Additionally, the Add-On can be connected to a liquid level sensor and always be sure that the water level is appropriate.
Checking the position of the garage door
A reed switch can be connected to the Shelly Plus Add-On module to check whether the gate is currently open or closed. You no longer have to worry whether you closed the gate after leaving for work, just check its status in the application and, if necessary, close it remotely using the Shelly Plus controller.
