Universal PCBs for all applications
In our store you will find both classic, universal PCBs produced by MSX Electronics in a form similar to contact PCBs, as well as specially designed models with shape and track layout compatible with platforms such as Raspberry Pi. In the former group, we have three sizes of PCBs, offering 210, 420 and even 840 fields - the layout of tracks and mounting holes corresponds to the most common contact PCBs, so transferring the design from prototyping board to printed circuit board is not a problem at all - the layout of elements and connections remains the same. Additional advantage of MSX Electronics products is the presence of additional pads, adapted to solder ICs or discrete semiconductor elements (e.g. transistors) in SOT23, SOT23-5 and SOT23-6 housing. Moreover, boards offer additional solder pads for mounting screw connectors (ARK) in 5 mm raster.

MSX Electronics also offers universal boards suitable for use with Raspberry Pi series modules. If you need more space for additional circuits, choose the MSX Proto Hat model, which optimally uses all the space available above the Raspberry Pi 3, 2 and B+ board. Another advantage is built-in EEPROM memory which is compatible with Raspberry Pi. We have also delivered Proto Boards which match the size and shape of Raspberry Pi Zero minicomputers as well as a special version suitable for SMD soldering.

Here you will also find ready-made modules - Raspberry Pi Hat overlays, ready to connect and run, without having to manually solder individual components. In this group we particularly recommend the MSX Elektronika Pi Clock RTC overlays - the modules are equipped with a PCF8563 integrated real-time clock, a backup power source (a holder for the included CR2032 battery), as well as a buzzer and a 40-pin socket, compatible with the Raspberry Pi GPIO connector. For controlling large loads, we have overlays with dual 240 V / 10 A relays. If you want to drive two DC motors up to 13 V / 1 A, choose the excellent MSX Electronics Motor Hat TB6612 overlay.
