Product Description: Holding electromagnet 24V 2.5W 3 kgf
The holding electromagnet is powered by 24 V with a power of 2.5 W. It holds a mass of 3 kg at a standard acceleration due to gravity of 9.8 m/s 2 . The body diameter is 20 mm and its height is 15 mm, an M4 threaded hole is used for installation.

The device can be used as an actuator controlled by any microcontroller , e.g. Arduino . Please note that the electromagnet draws too much power to connect directly to a microcontroller pin. For this purpose, a relay , optocoupler or transistor amplifier can be used.
Attention ! The manufacturer recommends maintaining good heat dissipation from the housing, because as the coil temperature increases, the holding force decreases. |
