A dry spool before every print
Creality Space Pi V2 is a filament dryer that heats the spool up to 75 °C. Damp filament pops and strings during printing, and the layers bond less well. Drying restores its properties, especially for demanding materials such as PETG, nylon and carbon fiber ones.
The PTC heater, a ceramic heating element that limits its own temperature, warms the air that circulates around the spool. The whole spool dries evenly, not just the outer windings.

You choose the filament, the dryer sets the rest
On the 3.7" touchscreen you select the type of filament, and the Space Pi V2 sets the drying temperature and time by itself. The screen shows the current temperature and humidity in the chamber, from a second-generation sensor, and the time to the end of drying.
You can display the temperature in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit, as you prefer. A silicone plug closes the opening in the lid and protects the chamber from humidity in the air, and the switch next to the power socket cuts off power completely when the dryer is not in use.

Frequently asked questions
At what temperature do I dry PETG?
For PETG, the manufacturer recommends 60 °C for 4 to 8 hours. The Space Pi V2 has it saved as a program.
How long should I dry nylon?
For PA and PA-CF filaments, the manufacturer recommends 65 °C for at least 12 hours of drying.
How do I know the filament is dry?
The screen shows the current humidity in the chamber. When it stops dropping and the program has finished, the spool is ready for printing and can go to the printer.
What sets the Space Pi V2 apart?
The manufacturer lists heating up to 75 °C, 360° air circulation, a second-generation sensor and a 3.7" touchscreen with ready-made settings for 12 filaments.

30 days to return, without giving a reason
