Product description: Fiberlogy PCTG filament 1.75 mm 1 kg - Graphite
PCTG filament belongs to the same material family as PETG, but offers increased impact strength (approximately 90 kJ/ m² ), temperature resistance, and clarity. It does not require a heated chamber, allowing it to be used in home printers. It provides high dimensional stability, and low shrinkage prevents model cracking. PCTG is easy to use, even for those without extensive 3D printing experience. The filament also withstands higher temperatures (up to 76°C) and is recyclable . The filament diameter is 1.75 mm . The product is graphite in color and comes on a spool. The net weight of the filament is 1 kg .

Our range of filaments also includes other materials and colors.
PCTG filament properties
- High impact strength (up to 20 times higher than PETG)
- High chemical resistance
- Ease of printing – dimensional stability and low shrinkage
- Suitable for food contact – BPA free ( Pure Transparent version only )

Fiberlogy PCTG filament 1.75 mm 1 kg - Graphite
This heat shrink material, manufactured by the renowned company Fiberlogy, has a typical density of 1.23 g/cm³. PCTG filaments are used for 3D printing using FFF/FDM technology.
Due to the fact that PCTG material is characterized by very high adhesion, according to the manufacturer's recommendations, 3D printing should be performed on masking tape. Fiberlogy's heat-shrinkable material also exhibits high resistance to stretching, bending, and tearing, which is one of its key advantages.
What else is worth knowing about Fiberlogy PCTG 1.75 mm filament?
The aforementioned properties of PCTG make it widely used in industry. It's used, for example, to produce both simple and complex utility models and spare parts. It's also used in the automotive industry, specifically for printing accessories, air intakes, housings, and fluid inlets. PCTG filament is also used in sports, producing protective gear characterized by its lightness and durability. It's also suitable for prototyping.
The glass transition temperature of PCTG filament is 88℃ (measured using the DCS method). The light transmission of PCTG heat-shrinkable material is 90%. It's also worth mentioning the maximum elongation at break, which, according to the ISO 527 test, reaches 220%.
Filaments are hygroscopic (they absorb moisture), so breaching the airtight vacuum packaging permanently reduces the quality and value of the product. Therefore, if you return an unpacked item, your refund amount will be reduced proportionally. Returns resulting from manufacturing defects (e.g., damaged or cut filament) are an exception. Please carefully verify the color and material type on the label before opening the packaging.
