The copper -colored filament has been factory-wound on a spool and vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The spool contains 1 kg of product. Silk is more precisely a mixture of PLA and PETG materials, which is characterized by very high gloss.

Filament Silk by Devil Design is a thermoplastic material in the form of a filament. It is used for 3D printing using the FFF method. The copper -colored filament has been factory-wound on a spool and vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The spool contains 1 kg of product. It can be used in all FFF printers that are not secured against the use of filaments from external suppliers.

It is possible that the material coming out of the nozzle will swell noticeably when loading the filament or when printing with it. However, this is a completely natural effect that results from the surface tension of the polymers that make up the filament material. For better results, the manufacturer recommends setting the airflow to high during printing and lowering print speeds.
Due to differences in printer designs, the above data should be treated as guidelines and the appropriate values should be determined experimentally. |

Filaments are hygroscopic, meaning they absorb moisture. Therefore, breaking the airtight vacuum packaging permanently reduces the quality and value of the product. For this reason, if an unpacked item is returned, the refund amount will be proportionally reduced. This does not apply to returns resulting from manufacturing defects in the material, such as damaged or cut filament. Please carefully check the color and material type on the label before opening the foil packaging. |

30 days to return, without giving a reason
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract. The product only has to be complete. The right of return belongs to consumers (a purchase unrelated to business activity).
Complaints
