Noticeable swelling of the material exiting the nozzle while loading or printing with the filament is possible. However, this is a completely natural effect resulting from the surface tension of the polymers in the filament material. For better results, the manufacturer recommends setting a high airflow during printing and reducing the print speed.

Those who choose to use this filament for 3D printing can expect attractive appearance of the printed models. This is primarily due to the intense colors and the lack of visibility of individual layers.
The glass transition temperature of Silk filament is 80°C (measured using the ASTM 3418 method). Once prints cool, they are very stiff and can be successfully processed. We invite you to explore other colors of Devil Design's Silk filaments.
Filaments are hygroscopic, meaning they absorb moisture. Therefore, breaking the airtight vacuum packaging permanently reduces the quality and value of the product. For this reason, if an unpacked item is returned, the refund amount will be proportionally reduced. This does not apply to returns resulting from manufacturing defects in the material, such as damaged or cut filament. Please carefully check the color and material type on the label before opening the foil packaging. |

30 days to return, without giving a reason
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract. The product only has to be complete. The right of return belongs to consumers (a purchase unrelated to business activity).
