Soldering stations are devices that currently allow to carry out the soldering process in a very convenient and controlled way. The possibility of precise temperature control and periodic replacement of some elements of the device are essential features that significantly facilitate the work of an electronics technician. The basic model of Yihua soldering station has, above all, the ability to infinitely control the set temperature of the soldering tip, a simple on/off switch and the ability to replace the heating element itself.
Yihua soldering stations with flask
In the case of soldering stations equipped with a soldering iron, there is usually also a special sponge for cleaning the soldering iron and a special stand for the heated soldering iron. This simple tool prevents, among other things, accidental fires or unwanted contact of heated parts with, for example, a desk. A very important role is also played by the correct insulation of the handle and, above all, a proper grip, which will provide, for example, a rubber cap. Thanks to them, a properly held soldering flask will not slip, and the grip will be firm and allow the electronics technician to make precise movements.
Yihua hotair soldering stations
Yihua are both devices equipped with the soldering iron itself, as well as hot air soldering stations (so-called hotair). This equipment is designed primarily to work with small electronic components of SMD type. Allows you to solder and disassemble small components while avoiding damage. By directing the nozzle with heated air at the solder, which is usually tin, you can easily solder small components or melt the solder in order to remove the component with tweezers.
Yihua multifunctional soldering stations
Very practical are those devices that combine the capabilities of both a flask soldering iron and a hot air soldering iron. The electronics technician, using a single device, has the ability to adjust the tools to the situation and the need in which he finds himself. This solution is primarily convenience and saves space on the workbench, which is always worth taking care of. The offer of the manufacturer Yihua are also devices, which in addition to the function of soldering irons and hotair combine in the so-called preheater option. This is a function of heating up components or entire circuit boards to be soldered, even before starting work. By using such a solution you can avoid the effect of "cold solder" and significantly facilitate your work.

One of the most popular models is currently the Yihua 937d+ soldering station. It's a very simple 75W device with infinitely variable temperature control, a simple rocker switch, a stand for the soldering iron, a sponge for cleaning the soldering iron, a replaceable soldering iron and a clear LED display that shows the set temperature of the soldering iron. This equipment will be perfect for the robotics student, the home DIYer, but also for the professional electronics technician.
