Aqara T2: dual-channel Zigbee relay with dry contact and energy statistics
Aqara Dual Relay Module T2 is a dual-channel Zigbee relay for a wall box or a DIN rail that switches lighting, fans and other devices on and off. At 100 V to 250 V it switches loads up to 10 A and 2500 W, and the accessory in the box lets you mount it on a DIN rail.
With the jumper wire in the box you switch the module between wet contact, i.e. with voltage at the output, and dry (potential-free) contact, which you use to control motors, garage doors and other devices with such an input. With an Aqara hub you get app control, timers and energy consumption statistics, and via the hub the module also works with Apple HomeKit and Matter.

Fun fact
One module instead of a roller shade switch
In the Interlock mode the two channels never run at the same time, so the T2 controls a bidirectional motor and replaces a roller shade switch, with an automation raising the shade in the morning.

Frequently asked questions
What is the jumper wire in the Aqara T2 box for?
The jumper wire switches the module between wet contact, where the supply voltage is present at the output, and dry contact, which only closes the circuit. Dry contact is used to control motors, garage doors and other devices with a potential-free input.
What load can the Aqara T2 switch?
At 100 V to 250 V the module switches up to 10 A and 2500 W, LED lighting and compact fluorescent lamps up to 1 A and 250 W, and motors up to 1 A and 1/4 HP. At 24 V to 30 V a resistive load can be up to 10 A and 300 W.
Does the Aqara T2 work with Apple Home?
Yes, the manufacturer states HomeKit compatibility, so you can also control the module in the Home app. You add the module to the system via an Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub, and some features require specific hub models.
