Extruders - the most important information and the principle of operation
The two most important functions of the extruder are the smooth guidance of the filament to the area where the printout takes place and the heating of the thermoplastic material. In this category, we offer original Creality printer extruder parts and high-quality components produced by Micro Swiss. We offer both standard and high-temperature versions of extruders, compatible with e.g. with selected models from the Ender series.
Extruders for 3D printers available in the assortment of the Botland store
In this category, we offer e.g. kits containing extruder components, compatible with Creality CR-10 series 3D printers. Particularly noteworthy are sets of extruder elements that also include a stepper motor. Sets of this type are offered by Micro Swiss. Lightweight construction does not burden the printer. Particularly noteworthy are the upgrade kits intended for installation in selected models of Creality 3D printers. Thanks to them, it is possible to easily mount a direct drive extruder. This solution enables much faster extrusion of the thermoplastic material (filament). In addition, the direct drive extruder allows for faster retraction, i.e. insertion of the filament. The retrofit kits available contain all the necessary components required for replacement.
Another noteworthy proposition are extruders made entirely of metal. Selected models are equipped with 3.5:1 transmissions. Thanks to them, some types of filaments are fed with a force of up to 80 N.
