Set of 4 High Flow Liber hot ends for Snapmaker U1
This set of four Snapmaker x Phaetus Liber High Flow 0.4 mm hot ends increases volumetric flow by up to 87% in the four toolheads of the Snapmaker U1 3D printer. It melts filament more efficiently, so it works best for large models with long, continuous extrusion paths and for prints with thicker walls and higher infill.
The nozzle is made of hardened steel with a DLC coating, a thin diamond-like carbon layer that protects it from wear. A seamless heat break helps reduce clogging, and the pre-installed heater is the same as in the original hot end.

The printer checks the hot end type before printing
A file from Snapmaker Orca records whether a toolhead prints in High Flow mode, and if the installed hot end is of another type, the U1 shows a warning and will not start printing.
Frequently asked questions
Is the High Flow hot end always faster?
Not always. The High Flow hot end gives the most benefit on large models with long, continuous paths. With fine details, complex curves, many corners and frequent changes of direction, printing speed is limited and the difference may be barely noticeable.
Can I combine High Flow and standard hot ends?
Yes. You can install High Flow and standard hot ends in different toolheads of the same printer. Before printing, the flow type and nozzle diameter in the file must match the hot ends installed in each toolhead.
What is the maximum temperature of the High Flow hot end?
The High Flow hot end works up to 300 °C. For high-temperature filaments such as ABS, ASA, PA and PC, the manufacturer recommends printing with the U1 top cover, which keeps stable conditions around the print.
