High Flow Liber hot end: faster large prints
The Snapmaker x Phaetus Liber High Flow 0.4 mm hot end increases volumetric flow by up to 87% over the standard hot end of the Snapmaker U1 3D printer. It melts filament more efficiently, so it works best for large models with long, continuous extrusion paths and for prints with thicker walls and higher infill.
The nozzle is made of hardened steel with a DLC coating, a thin diamond-like carbon layer that protects it from wear. A seamless heat break helps reduce clogging, and the pre-installed heater is the same as in the original hot end.

Fun fact
A cold pull reveals a clean nozzle
After printing ABS, ASA, PA or PC, the manufacturer recommends a cold pull of the filament from a cooled nozzle, and when it works, the filament tip has a funnel shape like the inside of the nozzle.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to replace all four hot ends with High Flow ones?
No. You can replace only the hot ends you need and keep standard ones in the other toolheads. Remember that all nozzles used in one print job must have the same diameter.
Does the High Flow hot end use the same filament presets?
Yes. The High Flow hot end has the same 0.4 mm diameter as the factory hot end, so you use the same filament presets without creating new ones. In Snapmaker Orca, you only choose a process preset with High Flow parameters.
Can I print carbon fiber filament with it?
The manufacturer does not recommend High Flow printing with carbon or glass fiber filaments, wood-filled filaments or TPU, because the risk of clogging grows at high flow rates. For carbon or glass fiber filaments, choose a hardened steel hot end.

30 days to return, without giving a reason
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract. The product only has to be complete. The right of return belongs to consumers (a purchase unrelated to business activity).
