A connector for four GMSL2 cameras and the brain of a robot in one case
reComputer Robotics J4012 with GMSL2 is an AI computer for robots with Jetson Orin NX 16 GB and a factory-fitted board that connects 4 GMSL2 cameras. GMSL2, a serial camera link, carries video and power over a single coaxial cable, so cameras can be placed far from the computer, across a whole vehicle or robot arm.
The module delivers 157 TOPS, or 157 trillion AI operations per second, in Super mode, which is unlocked by the preinstalled JetPack 6.2 (NVIDIA's system and AI library package). The computer runs from a 19 V to 54 V battery and has two CAN buses, networks for controlling motors and sensors, 6 USB 3.2 ports and 2 Ethernet ports. If USB cameras are enough for you, choose the reComputer Robotics J4012 without GMSL2 board.

The GMSL2 board is factory-fitted, so you connect the cameras for perception around the robot right away, with no electronics to add to the case. Keep in mind that GMSL2 cameras are not included, and if you only plan to use USB cameras, the version without the GMSL2 board is enough.

Four cameras through one connector
On the rear panel there is a 4-in-1 mini-FAKRA connector, a snap-in coaxial connector for four camera cables, and next to it two of the six USB 3.2 ports. The MAX96712 deserializer, the chip that receives the signal from the cameras, supports 4 GMSL2 channels at 6 Gb/s each, and the PoC function, power over the coaxial cable, supplies the cameras with 12 V / 400 mA.
The manufacturer lists support for SG3S-ISX031C-GMSL2F 3 MP, SG2-AR0233C-5200-G2A and SG2-IMX390C-5200-G2A cameras with 1920 x 1080 px resolution, the SG8S-AR0820C-5300-G2A 4K camera, and the Orbbec Gemini 335Lg stereo camera, which measures depth for navigation and obstacle avoidance. The manufacturer's wiki has JetPack images with the GMSL driver, and you choose the camera type in the Jetson-IO tool, the system's connector configurator.
Is it the right choice for you?

Video and power in one cable
In GMSL2 the same coaxial cable carries the camera video and powers it, on this board with 12 V at up to 400 mA. This way you run only one cable to each camera, which simplifies the robot's wiring.

Is a power supply included?
No. The computer needs 19 V to 54 V DC, so in a robot you power it from a battery, and for mains power the manufacturer recommends a 19 V / 4.74 A power supply with a 5.5 / 2.5 mm plug.
