The ArduCam 5MPx camera module is an advanced tool for evaluating and prototyping vision applications such as object detection systems, cabin monitoring, and machine vision. The module is based on the OX05B1S image sensor with global shutter and RGBIR , offering the best quantum efficiency in the 940 nm range . The camera supports resolutions up to 2592 x 1944 px at 30 fps and uses a fast USB 3.0 interface, enabling integration with various hardware platforms.The M12 lens with a 3.6 mm focal length provides a wide field of view (94°) and low distortion (< -0 ,35%). The camera is supported by Arducam GUI and SDK tools, making it easy to configure parameters such as white balance or exposure time. Thanks to its versatility, the camera can be used in systems built on ARM, FPGA or DSP.
