Shelly EM Gen3 is an advanced tool for real-time monitoring of electrical energy consumption . It allows measurement of two single-phase channels and management of external loads thanks to the built-in voltage-free contact. It works in the voltage range from 110 V to 240 V at a frequency of 50 / 60 Hz and supports loads up to 2 A at 240 V. Compact dimensions (37 x 42 x 16 mm) ensure easy installation in electrical boxes and cabinets, and the built-in 8 MB memory allows data to be recorded every minute for 10 days.

Modern connectivity and broad Smart Home compatibility
Shelly EM Gen3 connects to a WiFi network without the need for an external hub . Additionally, it supports Bluetooth 4.2 , which makes it easier to start up for the first time and operate as a Bluetooth gateway. The meter works with automation systems based on MQTT, HTTP, RPC , and also integrates with the Shelly Cloud and the Shelly Smart Control application. It is compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Smart Home systems.
The module does not use an additional gateway, a connection to the home WiFi network is enough for it to work properly.
The module allows you to store measurement data from a period of 365 days and read them from the application.
Advanced control and energy management with Shelly app
With support for scripts and webhooks, Shelly EM Gen3 allows you to create extensive automation scenarios . The meter stores data locally in 1-minute intervals for 10 days, and when connected to the cloud , stores it for up to 365 days . The free Shelly Smart Control app allows you to view consumption, create schedules, remotely control and analyze energy expenditure.
