The SLZB-06p7 is a professional ZigBee gateway designed for building stable and efficient smart home installations. It utilizes a Texas Instruments CC2652P7 chip, responsible for ZigBee and Thread communication, and an ESP32 microcontroller for networking, Wi-Fi, and configuration. Supporting Ethernet , PoE, USB, and Wi-Fi, the coordinator doesn't need to be connected directly to the Home Assistant server—it can be placed wherever the ZigBee network is most stable. The SLZB-06p7 is factory-programmed and ready to go. It supports ZigBee2MQTT and ZHA , and the manufacturer recommends it especially for ZigBee2MQTT-based installations. It runs on the SLZB-OS system, which provides a web interface, OTA updates, configuration tools, and diagnostic functions.
The ZigBee gateway works via Ethernet (PoE), USB or WiFi.

The SLZB-06p7 supports three connection modes: ZigBee to Ethernet, ZigBee to WiFi, and ZigBee to USB . This allows the adapter to connect to a local network via the RJ45 port, use WiFi, or connect directly to a computer or server via USB. This flexibility makes it easy to install the coordinator in a location that provides the best coverage for ZigBee devices . Support for PoE compliant with the IEEE802.3af standard enables simultaneous power and data transmission over a single network cable. This is a practical solution for installations where the Home Assistant server is located far from the center of the ZigBee network. The device can also be powered via USB Type-C, which is useful for test setups or where a PoE switch is not available.
