The PoE-enabled LAN module is equipped with aW5500Ethernetchip that integrates aTCP/IPstack,a 10 / 100 Ethernet data link layer and a physical layer. The module allows communication viaRS485 or RS232interface. The device was designed mainly for industrial applications. The overlay is powered by a PoE hub/switch.HT3.96connectors and mounting elements such asmetal railand magnets for easy installation are also included.
Implementation of the RS485 or RS232 interface requires soldering the appropriate circuit.
