Operating System
Rock Pi works with Debian and Radx APT systems. It also supports compilations released by fans of Rock Pi minicomputers.

Communication and power supply of Rock Pi S D2 minicomputer - Rockchip RK3308 Cortex A35 Quad-Core
The minicomputer is powered via USB type C, the manufacturer recommends using a power supply with a minimum capacity of 2 A. There is a USB 2.0 port for connecting peripheral devices, an Ethernet 10/100 Mb / s port, a U.Fl socket for connecting an external antenna, and two 26-pinGPIO connectors supportingthe interfaces:
- 4 x I2C
- 3 x PWM
- 2 x SPI
- 3 x UART
- 1 x I2S
and power pins:
- 2 x 5 V
- 2 x 3,3 V
At the bottom of the board there is a slot for plugging in a card with the system loaded. In addition, on the surface of the board there are 2 buttons responsible for resetting the minicomputer and choosing booting between microSD card and NAND flash memory. The USB port type C, which is used as a standard power supply, also supports OTG functions so that the minicomputer can be connected directly to a PC.
The minicomputer is equipped with a number of connectors for easy work with it.
