The BleBox framePanelM is an accessory fully dedicated to the BleBox controlPanelM smart display/control panel. This black frame allows for quick and easy wall mounting, while ensuring a high level of aesthetic finish. The product can be mounted using a standard Ø 60 mm electrical box or directly on the wall, making it suitable for both new installations and existing automation systems. The frame is made of high-quality photopolymer material covered with a matte, decorative, and protective varnish coating. The BleBox framePanelM provides magnetic, tool-free mounting of the panel to the frame using two Ø 12 mm neodymium magnets , allowing for efficient screen installation. The frame's design ensures the panel is flush with the surface, while the side glass edges of the screen are better protected against accidental impacts and damage. If you need to remove the control panel from the frame, a suction cup is included for easy removal. The BleBox framePanelM has an IP20 protection rating. The BleBox framePanelM frame is designed to facilitate aesthetic and stable installation of the BleBox controlPanelM panel in various installation conditions . The accessory measures 144 x 101 x 13 mm , allowing it to fit neatly into the proportions of electrical installation equipment and can be mounted next to existing connectors without disrupting the wall's appearance. The manufacturer provides surface mounting using a standard Ø 60 mm electrical installation box. The frame is attached to it using three Ø 4 mm pass-through holes, spaced like a standard flush-mounted box, with a 60 mm screw spacing. This solution ensures a solid fit, and the box itself can provide additional space for the panel's power supply. Alternatively, the frame can be mounted directly to the wall using two Ø 4 mm pass-through holes located on the inside of the frame's shorter sides, spaced 109.5 mm apart. This method is especially useful when a 12V to 24V DC power supply is already available and there's no need to create additional installation space for the power supply. The panel itself is mounted in the frame using two strong 12mm Ø neodymium magnets, allowing for quick, tool-free installation. A suction cup is also included to facilitate screen removal, for example, during servicing, connection inspection, or access to the power supply. Once installed, the screen is flush with the frame surface, and the BleBox framePanelM design further protects its glass edges from accidental impacts and mechanical damage.
