Camera module from ArduCam uses an advanced 1-inch Sony IMX283 CMOS sensor that allows you to capture images at a resolution of up to 20 MPx (5472 x 3648 px). It supports an adjustable frame rate, so you can get 120 fps at 720p, 60 fps at 1080p and 9 fps in full resolution . With a built-in ISP processor, the camera provides advanced image processing, including automatic exposure, white balance, backlight compensation and color conversion . The 16 mm C-Mount lens offers a 60 ° viewing angle , which allows for detailed shots in telephoto mode. The camera is compatible with Windows and Linux , supports USB 3.0 (with the ability to operate on USB 2.0) and works on a plug and play basis, eliminating the need to install additional drivers. It does not require additional drivers, which makes configuration easier. Works with popular applications such as PotPlayer (Windows) and qv4l2 (Linux). C-Mount lens allows for exchange with other models compatible with the standard.
How do I turn on the camera?
- Connect the camera to your computer using the included USB Type-C cable
- In Windows / Linux, the camera will be detected automatically
- Launch your preferred image viewer, such as PotPlayer or qv4l2
- Adjust image parameters in UVC settings, such as contrast, brightness, and exposure
- The camera is ready to go!
