Product description: I2S Amp BFF - audio amplifier - QT Py and Xiao - Adafruit 5770
I2S Amp BFF is an audio amplifier from Adafruit . It mounts to the back of the board, making it a compact solution for projects where space is limited. The module contains a built-in MAX98357 chip and a picoBlade connector enabling the connection of a loudspeaker with an impedance of 4 Ω or 8 Ω . This is a practical extension that can be permanently soldered or mounted using pin and socket connectors. The pin arrangement makes the board compatible with the ESP32, nRF52840 and RP2040 chipsets. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with QT Py ATSAMD21 , due to the lack of I2S support on the corresponding pins of SAMD21.

- DIN (A0) - audio data pin
- LRC (A1) - pin wordselect clock
- BIT (A2) - bitclock pin
These pins will not work with the QT Py SAMD21 board. To use SAMD21, you need to cut off the jumpers and run the wires to compatible pins.
