Product description: Pololu #998 motor
Small, lightweight yet powerful motors from Pololu are used by robot builders as drive units. The units can be powered with a voltage of up to 9 V, they gain useful power above 3 V. The optimum voltage, at which the ratio of power to strength is most favourable, is 6 V.
Dimensions of the 50:1 motor
The motor body is a cuboid measuring 24 x 10 x 12 mm. The gear is 9.27 mm long. There is a 3 mm D-shaped shaft at the output. The total mass is about 10 g.
