Product description: Pololu #999 motor
Small, lightweight yet powerful motors from Pololu are used by robot builders as drive units. They can be powered with voltage up to 9 V, and gain useful power above 3 V. The optimum voltage, with the best power/strength ratio, is 6 V.
Dimensions of the HP10:1 motor
The motor body is a cuboid with dimensions of 26 x 10 x 12 mm. The gears are 9.27 mm long. There is a 3 mm D-shaped shaft at the output. The total mass is about 10 g.
Accessories for the motor
We offer a range of accessories that work with Pololu micro motors:
- Mounts
Special mounts in white or black have been designed to mount the motors. An extended version and one made of high-strength aluminium are also available.
Control of direction and rotational speed is possible with DC motor controllers. The offer includes both integrated circuits for individual soldering and ready to connect, cooperating with kits (eg. Arduino) modules.
Video from the final run of the winning design called Impact at the T-BOT 2013 robot tournament. The robot made by us has Pololu HP micro motors with 10:1 gearing.
We also offer many other motors in the shop.
