Mesh Bed Leveling and precise 0.9° stepper motors ensure consistent dimensional accuracy . 10 mm thick Z-axis rods ensure the stability of the entire structure. Efficient cooling and smooth filament flow
The 360° cooling system and blower turbine eliminate supports even at 75° overhangs. The 0.4 mm High-Flow nozzle allows for high efficiency while maintaining detail. Thanks to the Input Shaper and Pressure Advance , vibrations are dampened and filament flow is optimized – resulting in significantly faster printing compared to previous generations.
Prusa Enclosure - ideal conditions for technical printing
The included Original Prusa Enclosure increases printing safety and efficiency by reducing noise, drafts, and temperature fluctuations. This allows for trouble-free operation with demanding filaments such as ASA, ABS, and PC . The enclosure can be upgraded with a HEPA filter, LED lighting, a lock, or a smoke sensor , making printing more predictable and stable.
Built-in interfaces and the Prusa ecosystem
The MK4S offers full connectivity via WiFi , Ethernet, and NFC . It works with Prusa Connect , allowing remote print management. Alternatively, the printer can operate offline , making it ideal for environments requiring limited network access. A 3.5" color LCD screen allows for intuitive operation without using a computer.
