The Prusa CORE One L is a large-format, closed-loop 3D printer based on CoreXY kinematics, designed for prototyping, low-volume production, and large-scale component manufacturing. The 300 x 300 x 330 mm build volume allows for printing models up to 30 liters without having to split them into smaller parts. The actively heated chamber reaches up to 60°C , and the aluminum AC heated bed with a dual-circuit heating system helps maintain an even temperature across a large surface. Nextruder Direct Drive, Input Shaper, Phase Stepping, and automatic bed leveling support high quality and consistent prints. The Advanced Filtration Bundle includes a filtration system with a HEPA filter, activated carbon, and a firmware-controlled blower . The printer supports PLA, PETG, Flex, PC, PP, CPE, PVB, ABS, ASA, HIPS, and PA , among others, and communicates with Ethernet, NFC, and Wi-Fi . Modern AC heating table with active circulation

The new Prusa CORE One L heating bed utilizes an alternating current (AC) power supply and an active air circulation system to ensure even heat distribution throughout the print chamber (up to 60°C). This prevents material warping, regardless of its position on the bed, and maintains optimal temperatures throughout the entire printing process. The bed eliminates the problem of cold corners . which is especially important when working with materials that require precise temperature setting, such as ASA , ABS or nylon .

Wide material compatibility and filtration system

The printer uses 1.75 mm diameter filament and works with materials from various manufacturers. The standard configuration supports PLA, PETG, Flex, PVA, PC, PP, CPE, and PVB, among others. The enclosed and heated chamber also allows for comfortable work with materials such as ABS, ASA, HIPS, and PA. This version features an advanced filtration system with a HEPA filter with a declared efficiency of 99.9%, activated carbon granules , and a high-pressure blower , which helps reduce UFPs, VOCs, and odors generated when working with more demanding filaments . The HEPA filter is replaceable and has an estimated lifespan of at least 600 hours.

Extensive connectivity and remote management support

The Prusa CORE One L offers a variety of connectivity options, including Ethernet, NFC, USB , and support for Prusa Connect and a mobile app . With Prusa Connect, you can remotely manage the printer, monitor print progress, and receive notifications on your phone .
