The RSD-M01 model communicates via ZigBee 3.0 and, when connected to a compatible Aqara gateway , can work with Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and IFTTT , among others. Installation is possible using screws or double-sided tape, and the included adapters support bead chains with diameters from 3 mm to 6 mm . The built-in lithium battery allows for up to 2 months of operation, according to the manufacturer's specifications, and the USB Type-C port is used for both charging and continuous power.
