The Shelly Wall Display X2 is a versatile control panel designed to serve as a smart replacement for traditional wall switches, conveniently introducing IoT functionality . The front of the device features a 6.95" color touchscreen offering intuitive interface operation, customizable home screens, and the ability to display in either landscape or portrait orientation. The panel's integrated relay , with a maximum load capacity of 5A , allows for both direct control of electrical devices and management of heating systems and air conditioners. Additionally, built-in sensors allow for measuring light intensity, temperature, and humidity, enabling the creation of automation solutions that respond to changing environmental conditions. The device communicates via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth – it can operate independently, without the need for a dedicated hub, and can also act as a Bluetooth gateway for other sensors and Bluetooth devices in the Shelly system. When integrated with the BLU H&T sensor , the software also includes a thermostat function, allowing for room temperature control based on measurements. The panel runs on Android 8.1 and integrates with the Shelly and Home Assistant ecosystem.
