WiFi mini switch with Matter for a wall box
Sonoff MINIR4M is a WiFi switch with Matter support and a 10 A relay, measuring 39.5 x 33 x 16.8 mm, that fits in a small wall box behind a regular switch. Thanks to Matter, you can add it to Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa or SmartThings.
In the eWeLink app, you can use schedules, scenes and inching mode. You can connect a momentary push button, a two-way switch, an exit button or a latching switch to terminals S1 and S2. With the Sonoff E1GS enclosure, you can turn the MINIR4M into a smart wall switch without running separate wires to terminals S1 and S2 inside the box.

A switch that doesn't have to switch
In Detach Relay mode, the wall switch does not control the MINIR4M relay. Clicking it can then trigger a scene, e.g. turn on a lamp in another room.

Frequently asked questions
Is the N wire required?
Yes. The MINIR4M needs a neutral wire N to work, so check that it is present in the wall box.
How do I add it to Apple Home?
Scan the Matter QR code on the module or in the manual. The phone and the module must be on a 2.4 GHz WiFi network.
Does it work without a wall switch?
Yes. Terminals S1 and S2 can be left free, and you control the module from the app, schedules and scenes.

30 days to return, without giving a reason
