Module produced by STMicroelectronics with 32-bit microcontroller equipped with ARM Cortex M4 core, 320 kB Flash, 48 kB SRAM. Nucleo module is compatible with mbed platform, it has connectors for Arduino overlays (so called Arduino Shield).
Nucleo allows to implement projects based on efficient microcontroller with 32-bit ARM Cortex core. The modules are compatible with Arduino over lays and online compiler system mbed.org. Nucleo works with most popular development platforms including IAR Embedded Workbench ®, MDK-ARM, STM32CubeIDE.
